Our Comfort Slings are made of Soft Air Mesh, a material exclusive to Human Care. This soft material promotes less repositioning making it the optimal choice for patients with pain. In addition, the material does not promote skin breakdown and can therefore be left behind the patient for short periods of time.

Our Comfort Slings have no reinforcements or handles and feature undivided legs that evenly distribute the patient’s weight. With even distribution, pressure is reduced and patient comfort increased. Our Comfort Slings are available in a medium back and high back model that offers extra head support. Both slings are considered “sit-on” slings and are applied when the patient is lying down.

Our slings are manufactured to the highest quality standards. They feature reinforced straps and high strength nylon webbing around the sling to make them strong enough to resist even the most active use. Each sling label is color coded to ensure quick and easy selection of the correct sling and the straps are color coded for easy determination of required positioning.
